Revise: LDR ResistanceTherefore, increasing the light intensity decreases the resistance. Reducing the light intensity has the opposite effect and increases the resistance.
State both directions of the relationship: increasing light intensity decreases an LDR’s resistance; decreasing light intensity increases it.
When interpreting a graph, check the axes before describing the trend. Do not say that resistance rises with light intensity because the line rises when read from right to left.
Do not assume that resistance is inversely proportional to light intensity unless the data establish that relationship; the characteristic is generally non-linear.
