Revise: High altitude trainingHigh altitude training is a form of aerobic training in which a performer trains high above sea level. It commonly takes place above 2,000 m, with a training stay lasting several weeks; a typical period is at least 30 days. The performer carries out training for their activity in these conditions rather than simply making a brief visit.
