Revise: Funding and regulationThe three important models are government funded, not-for-profit and commercial. These describe different sources of money and organisational purposes, so public funding should not automatically be treated as direct government funding.
Keep the BBC licence fee distinct from direct government funding: the BBC is the not-for-profit, publicly funded example; NHS 111 is the government-funded campaign example.
