Check whether the question asks for a probability or relative frequency (a proportion between 0 and 1) or an expected frequency (a number of occurrences).
On a probability scale, convert fractions and percentages to decimals if this makes their positions easier to compare.
A larger number of trials generally makes relative frequency a more reliable estimate, but it does not guarantee that every successive value will be closer to the theoretical probability.

Probability measures how likely a random event is to happen. An event is something we are interested in, such as a tossed coin landing heads. Before the coin lands, the result is uncertain.
