A sequence in which each term is obtained by multiplying the preceding term by the same non-zero number.
For a geometric progression, calculate next term ÷ current term. Do not confuse a constant ratio with a constant difference.
For a geometric progression, divide each term by the preceding term; do not use the difference between terms.
