Revise: Geometric Proofs and DeductionsTo disprove ‘all rectangles are squares’, a rectangle measuring 6 cm by 2 cm is enough: it has four right angles, but its sides are not all equal. This is a counter-example. One failed case disproves an ‘all’ statement; a collection of successful cases does not prove one.
