Revise: Persecution of MinoritiesThe Nazis also promoted eugenics: the belief that controlling reproduction could create a supposedly stronger population. This connected racial persecution with attacks on people with disabilities and homosexuals. Not every targeted group was persecuted for the same reason, but all were judged against Nazi ideas about who belonged and who should have children.
