Revise: Mise-en-scèneThe setting is not necessarily the filming location. A location is the physical place where filming takes place. A film-maker might use an existing house or construct a house interior in a studio: either can represent the same fictional home.
Distinguish the fictional setting from the physical filming location. A scene filmed in a studio can still represent a realistic home.
