Revise: Material SizesYou also need stock with suitable dimensions and enough material to make the required components. A sheet is specified by length × width × thickness, whereas a solid circular rod is specified by length and diameter.
Distinguish the material remaining in a finished component from the stock needed to make it: holes and offcuts still come from the original stock.
