Revise: Analysing the work of othersAnalysis connects a feature to its purpose. For example, saying that a map uses different colours describes it. Explaining that those colours help passengers distinguish routes analyses the decision.
For analysis, explain why a design decision matters to the user; do not stop at describing its appearance.
