Revise: Transpiration and TranslocationTransport is from a source, which supplies sugars, to a sink, which removes them for use or storage. A photosynthesising leaf is a source. Growing root tips, developing fruits and storage organs can be sinks.
For translocation, name the transported substances, phloem, and a source and sink. Do not say it only happens downwards.
