Revise: Effects of Climate ChangeLow-lying habitats may be submerged or exposed to salt water, while settlements and infrastructure may require costly protection or relocation. The effect is global, but the severity differs locally because coastlines, land height, tides and flood defences vary.
For “describe briefly four potential effects”, give four distinct effects rather than four versions of flooding. Suitable choices include sea-level rise, altered rainfall and extreme weather, pressure on food or water supplies, and habitat or biodiversity loss.
