Revise: Translating data formsFor example, numerical results can be changed from a written list into a table, or from a table into a graph.
When translating a table into a graph, copy every value carefully and check each plotted coordinate against the table.
Label each axis with both the quantity and its unit, for example Time / s. Choose a scale that uses most of the available graph area and increases regularly.
Before reading a value from a graph, identify which variable belongs to each axis. Read from the scale markings rather than counting grid squares as though each square represented one unit.
