Revise: Cash and Cash-FlowA small business needs cash to pay suppliers for stock and raw materials, meet overheads such as rent and electricity, and pay employees’ wages and salaries. These payments allow the business to continue operating. If suppliers are not paid, they may stop deliveries, interrupting production or leaving a shop without stock to sell.
