Revise: Confidence in PredictionsThe prediction can then be compared with data. This is why a result affects confidence in both the prediction and the hypothesis behind it, but the two are not identical.
State whether the data agree with the specific prediction, then explain how strongly they affect confidence using evidence from the results.
