Revise: Brain Structure and FunctionThe cerebral hemispheres are the two large halves forming most of the top and front of the brain. Their outer surface is deeply folded. The folds fit a large surface area of nervous tissue inside the skull, allowing many neurones and connections to be packed into a limited space.
