Biblical Interpretation
What you need to know
Explain Catholic interpretations of the Bible and the concept of inspiration.
Evaluate the different ways Christians understand the Bible's authority: as the literal Word of God, as God's revealed Word, or as a source of guidance, referencing 2 Timothy 3:16 and the Catechism of the Catholic Church 105–108.
Assess the implications of these varying interpretations for Catholics today.
